• Witness Information: Identification details and biometric records of executing witnesses required under the Registration Act, 1908.

3. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your data is processed strictly for the following legal purposes:

• Drafting comprehensive and legally sound rental and leave & license deeds.
• Transmitting details directly to the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) Maharashtra portal for official e-registration.
• Scheduling and executing doorstep biometric authentication.
• Communicating appointment confirmations, status updates, and digital copies of registered agreements.

We deploy bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions. Personal identification records and scanned documents are stored on secure, encrypted servers. Biometric data is streamed directly to government verification APIs and is never permanently archived or stored by RentDeed.in on proprietary drives.

• Designated certified field executives strictly to conduct the biometric verification appointment.

You reserve the right to review, rectify, or request deletion of preliminary drafting records prior to final government submission. Once registered with the Sub-Registrar, the agreement becomes an immutable public record governed by Indian stamp laws.
